Abstract
In this Advocacy 101 session, we will equip alumni managers, directors, and coordinators with the tools and knowledge to make their advocacy efforts both productive and impactful. “Advocacy in Action: Empowering Alumni Voices” will teach you how to effectively craft personal stories and the importance of using outcome data to demonstrate how individual efforts can lead to change. Attendees will learn practical strategies for effective advocacy, discover the power of their unique voices, and gain confidence in their ability to engage with policymakers. By the end of this session, participants will understand that one person’s dedication can spark powerful change.
