Abstract
Sophia Lovenitti, Shelagh Bundschuh, and Sonja DeFonce, share approaches to creating continuity in teams nation-wide, while also leading regional teams separately. They highlight unique approaches, understandings, and backgrounds to leadership that together inspire outcomes from teams as a highly connected national alumni community.
